How to lock a client business account in the operators portal

When locking an account from the Operator Portal the account owner and all its staff members will no longer be able to log in. Keep in mind that operators cannot log into a locked account either.

To close an account, under Client Accounts, find the account you wish to close and open its settings. Open Account tab and toggle on Lock Account. To reopen an account toggle off Lock Account and the users will be able to log in.
