Overview

Retrieve a single AIRecommendation by uid, scoped to the requesting staff member.

Unlike the list endpoint, this endpoint applies no defaults: the recommendation is returned in any lifecycle state (including 'completed' and 'dismissed') and regardless of its 'producer'.

Returns 404 both when no recommendation with this uid exists and when it belongs to another staff member, so the existence of another staff member's recommendation is never revealed.
