Overview

List feature flags in the license catalog, ordered by name.

Available for admin actors only — an Okta admin token (introspected by the API gateway) or, outside production, the static admin token. Any other actor type receives 403.

Return only features that may (or may not) be attached to a package (e.g., true, false)

Return only features in this domain. Composable with packageable and filter; a value outside the enum is rejected with HTTP 400 (e.g., "financial_ops")
