Overview

Update a package's attributes and optionally attach or detach packageable features. Quotas cannot be changed through this operation and sending quotas fails the request.

Available for admin actors only — an Okta admin token (introspected by the API gateway) or, outside production, the static admin token. Any other actor type receives 403. Note the list operation on this path is not admin-only: it remains available to staff tokens, so authorization differs per operation.

Whether the package is a reusable configuration template rather than a package businesses subscribe to. Must be a JSON boolean - 0, 1 and the quoted forms "true"/"false" are rejected with 400. Defaults to false when omitted (e.g., true, false)
